Generally, it can be used in a network via ethernet connection or wi-fi. It also has a USB connection (cable included). The networking includes setting it up in Google Cloud Print.
It also says you can print directly from smart devices (Iphone and Android) but I know nothing about that as I only use computers (both Windows and Chrome). Sounds good though
Drivers are available at the Samsung website as needed
I used this printer VERY LITTLE in my network. It still has over 90% of the original cartridge capacity, which I believe is not just starter capacity.
